A: Our factory located in Jiangyin Jiangsu in east-China, 100km to Shanghai.

A: Pouching/bagging machine is our main products.
Q: Machine Type. What type of machine can you make?
A: a. 3 or 4 side seal pouching machine from 1 or 2 web and with/without zipper.
b. Mid seal pouching machine from 1 web
c. Other customized pouching machines for special applications.
Q: Experience. What is your experience of making machines
A: We have making pouching machine for more than 10 years. from designing to manufacturing, all the processing are carried out in our factory.
Q: Yearly Production. How many machines do you making yearly average.
A: Normally, we produce/sale 200 sets of machine each year average during the latest 5 years.. 50% are pouching machine producing stand-up pouch with zipper. it is the trend in China.
Q: Oversea market. Do you have customer abroad
A: we sold more than 50 sets of pouching machine to Southeast Asian Country in past 5 year, recently we sold machine to Korean, Brazil, Mexico as well.
Q: Machine installation. Do you support to installing machine onsite?
A: We will send technician to your site for installing and education. and meanwhile, we can support the diagnose remotely by connecting the machine to internet.

Q: HOW TO VISIT us.
A: #1 You may take flight to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport-SHA, and we can pick you up in the airport.
#2 You may take flight to Shanghai Pudong Airport-PVG, and we will arrange a Van to pick you up to our city hotel, and pick you up in the hotel.
#3 You may take train to WUXIDONG station, we can pick you up in the station.
#4 You may take train to ZHANGJIAGANG station, we can pick you up in the station.
Q: Sample confirmation.
A: We are glad to receive any samples from our customer, and make a sample according to the request and send back to you.
Q: Aftersales available 7*24.
A: We are 7*24 availbale for aftersales issues.
Q: Remote Guidance.
A: We provide network port for remote diagnose for the machine. Anytime when the machine unexpectively breakdown, call us and we will diagnose the machine and same time we will fix it mostly by video guidance.
Q: Language support.
A: We provide English and Espanol language service
